fully devoted is a six month internship program designed to develop the next generation of ministry leaders through hands-on ministry experience with one of our church staff teams. Our leaders will walk alongside you as you are being equipped as an emerging leader, preparing you for a lifetime of ministry significance.

Ministry Experience Real-life, hands-on ministry experience
Mentor Coaching 1on1 with Ministry Leader to grow in ministry competency
Quarterly Evaluations Formal evaluation process providing feedback and developmental opportunities

6 month program with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week

ministry focus
choose one primary area of focus, while being cross-trained in other ministry areas
family ministries (kids, youth, marriage)
adult ministries (men, women, 60+, young adult, small groups, prayer, care)
worship & creative arts
production & audio/video tech
communications & marketing
our fully devoted followers will attend weekly cohort meetings, serve consistently in their designated ministry area, meet monthly with their ministry track lead, and complete assigned readings, reflections, and development tasks
